We are able to provide any service conditions for our solutions, guaranteed by a Service Level Agreement (SLA). We can accommodate even the most demanding requirements of our customers – our specialists are prepared to respond to service requests any time – 7x24x365 (1-hour FIX). Our service security may, of course, include backup HW ready for immediate deployment (a backup system is permanently available).
